Brain Behavior Laboratory
The Brain Behavior Laboratory aims to understand brain network dynamics underlying cognition, perception, and movement across the lifespan and after brain injuries and neurological disease. Our research focuses on how best to induce neural plasticity using non-invasive brain stimulation and motor-cognitive interventions to enhance therapeutic strategies that improve movement and cognition in older adults and individuals with neurological disorders and stroke.
Seeking Motivated PhD student: Dr. Vesia is currently seeking a motivated doctoral student to work on research related to the neural control of movement in healthy participants and patient populations, starting Fall 2022! Details.
