IONM Career Fair
Employers, you are cordially invited to the 11th Annual University of Michigan Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Career Fair on January 22-23, 2026 at the Michigan League (911 N. University Ave., Ann Arbor, MI 48109). You can meet and interview students enrolled in the U-M IONM program and network with leaders in the field.
EMPLOYER REGISTRATION: $1000
Includes:
- A portfolio of student resumes sent before the event
- Registration for 1-2 representatives from your organization
- Table material storage for up to 4 days before the event (you will need to arrange shipment to and from the event)
- Paid parking for 1 vehicle on both days
- Hot breakfast on both days
- Case reviews with the IONM junior class on Thursday
- Meet and greet with the IONM sophomore class on Thursday
- Student scholarship award presentations and lunch on Thursday
- Career fair table on Friday morning and early afternoon
NOTE: If you’d like to bring more than 2 representatives, you may do so for $100 per person. Limit of 5 additional representatives.
EMPLOYER SCHEDULED INTERVIEWS: $250
Includes:
- 25-minute interviews with individual students in a private on-site room on Thursday afternoon / Friday morning and afternoon
NOTE: If you choose this option, we will schedule your student interviews and email you a detailed, personalized itinerary before the event. Your number of interviews will vary based on student interest.
RESUME BOOK ONLY: $500
Skip the career fair entirely and just purchase the portfolio of student resumes.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: $50
Interested in attending as a non-employer participant? Individual registration includes participation in the career fair table session on Friday morning and early afternoon.
Please register by EOD MONDAY, JANUARY 5. If you register after this date, we cannot guarantee interview slots for you. All fees are non-refundable.
After you have registered, we will email you a portfolio of student resumes and a detailed, personalized itinerary prior to the event (if you have chosen those options).
