Kinesiology Career Fair


The 2020 Michigan Kinesiology Career Fair is Tuesday, February 18, from 4:00-6:00pm in the Michigan League Ballroom.



The U-M School of Kinesiology is an international leader in education and research in fitness, health and wellness, and sport management; our faculty are the "leaders and best" in each of their respective fields. Kinesiology undergraduate and graduate student attendees will be seeking employment, internship, volunteering, or job shadow opportunities. For more information about our school, please visit:

Employer Registration

We have a new registration process this year. Please create a Handshake account, or login to your Handshake account to register.

  • Already have a Handshake account? Login to register for the Kinesiology Career Fair.
  • New to Handshake? Create a Handshake account. Once your Handshake account is approved, you'll be able to login and register for the fair.

Register at by January 28, 2020!

After creating your account and registering for the fair, please take a few moments to post your opportunities on Handshake. Promoting your positions on Handshake will generate student interest in your organization and increase traffic at your career fair booth.

Employer Participation Fee

In order to encourage student interest and guarantee employer participation, the cost to attend this year’s career fair has increased to $100. Non-profits can participate at a discounted rate of $25. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

The maximum number of recruiters allowed at your table is three.

  • For-Profit Organizations: $100 for up to 3 representatives
  • Non-Profit/Government Organizations: $25 for up to 3 representatives
  • Payment Options: Credit card, shortcode, and check payments accepted; see registration confirmation email for details
  • U-M Non-Profit Tax ID Number: 38-6006309

Parking Information

As on many large campuses, parking is challenging and extremely limited. Whenever possible, we strongly suggest the use of airport shuttles and rideshare services (e.g. Uber, Lyft, Taxi) to avoid the challenges of parking.

Please share with your representatives the address of the event location (911 North University, Ann Arbor MI) and directions to the venue.

We recommend parking at Maynard Parking Structure, located at 324 Maynard St., Ann Arbor, MI 48104 (map). Your registration includes one complimentary parking voucher per employer. You may pull up to the circle drive in front of the League and drop off your materials before you park. Kinesiology staff will be on-site to take your materials inside for you.

Shipping Info

If you will be bringing recruiting materials, please plan to drop them off prior to parking, as noted above. You may also ship them up to three business days in advance of the career fair (February 13). You are responsible for arranging shipment to and from the event. Please ship your materials to:

Accommodations List

On-campus hotels offer the best parking option. All are within easy walking distance of the Michigan League (the event site). View a list of suggested hotels here. Accommodations are not included in your registration.

  • One tabletop sign with organization name
  • Wi-Fi
  • Electricity is, unfortunately, not provided.
