This course is designed to provide students with an overview of the many legal and ethical issues involved in amateur, intercollegiate, and professional sports. It includes various aspects of legal liability you may encounter as a sport manager or administrator, as well as major theories of business ethics and decision-making in the realm of sport management and the fitness industry.
