Description

Physiological principles of exercise. Topics include: bioenergetics, energy expenditure, functions of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, neuromuscular and neuroendocrine systems, muscle, renal function, training, environmental influences, ergogenic aids, nutrition, weight control, and body composition.
