Brian Bush received his BA in sport management & communication in 1999 from the University of Michigan, where he was a four-year letterwinner in baseball. He was a 12th round draft pick by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 1999 MLB draft. After he retired from professional baseball, Bush completed his certification in neurophysiology intraoperative monitoring (CNIM) in 2004 and has been involved with intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM/IOM) and the field of neurophysiology ever since. He has worked in every type of healthcare setting, including the private sector, where he has gained a true passion for delivering patient care strategies that serve the various patient populations. Bush came back to U-M in 2009, where he rebuilt the in-house IOM service line at Michigan Medicine, working alongside many cohorts to establish an exclusively run in-house team. He then extended the IOM footprint into a partnership with the U-M School of Kinesiology, where the very first IOM academic program in the world was launched in 2013. 

He went on to complete his MBA from Davenport University in 2016. Bush served as the senior manager for neurology and PM&R at Michigan Medicine, where he supports the IOM, EEG, epilepsy, EMG, and autonomic service lines. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and has an extreme passion for strategies that promote high-quality patient care.

Dr. Monique Butler is chief medical officer of HCA Healthcare North Florida Division. She is responsible for the clinical operations and care excellence of 15 hospitals, ensuring that every patient and every family receives the highest level of care possible. Dr. Butler previously served as chief medical officer for HCA Healthcare Continental Division's Swedish Medical Center, a part of HCA's HealthONE, where she promoted a mission-driven approach to patient care with a team of 2,000 colleagues, 500 volunteers, and more than 1,400 physicians.

Rodney Goble is the principal owner, managing partner, and founder of Legacy Center. He graduated from the University of Michigan.

Joanna Holzman has been an occupational therapist for 25 years. She went to the University of Michigan, studying movement science, after which she attended Washington University in St. Louis for her master's in occupational therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings as an OT including Children's Hospital in Washington, D.C., in schools, outpatient clinics and early intervention. She has been working with BARC Developmental Services since 2013 as a pediatric OT early intervention provider specializing in working with children with autism and children with significant sensory, feeding, and medical needs.

Dr. Jonathan Hott is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon who specializes in the treatment of all conditions of the spine. He graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan and went on to earn his medical degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine.

Jarrett Irons is a seasoned sales executive, entrepreneur, executive partner, and board advisor with more than 25 years of experience building strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and creating value across healthcare, athletics, technology, and human services.

Early in his career, Irons built a successful foundation in business and talent management, overseeing relationships and portfolios for elite athletes and Fortune 500 companies. He later transitioned into medical device sales, where he developed and led high-performing teams managing multi-million-dollar orthopedic and healthcare portfolios. Today, he continues to help organizations identify opportunities, scale operations, and bring innovative solutions to market.

Irons is co-founder of Omada Ventures, a firm focused on strategic sales networks and business development, helping organizations accelerate growth through collaboration and market-driven partnerships. He is also co-founder of Collascent, a firm specializing in strategic growth, private equity, venture capital, and investment opportunities. Through Collascent, he collaborates with investors, founders, and industry leaders to identify high-potential ventures, structure strategic partnerships, deploy capital, and accelerate growth across healthcare, technology, sports, and emerging industries.

In addition, Irons serves as executive partner and brand ambassador for Samaritas, one of Michigan's leading health and human services organizations, and as executive partner for Hall of Fame Health, helping expand access to healthcare, wellness, behavioral health, and concierge medical services for former professional athletes, veterans, and their families.

A respected leader in both business and philanthropy, Irons serves on the boards and advisory councils of several organizations, including the Football Alumni of Michigan (vice chairman), the University of Michigan Concussion Center, Hall Impact, an organization driving innovation and opportunity in the NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) space through athlete development and strategic partnerships, and G.E.A.R. (Giving Every Athlete Resources). He also dedicated ten years of board service to the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology.

Dr. Lee is currently a tenured associate professor and department chair of prosthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He received his bachelor's and dental degree from the University of Michigan and completed his prosthodontics training at the University of Illinois-Chicago. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. Dr. Lee has been part of dental education since 2007 and has taught in all levels in both predoctoral and postgraduate education.

Prior to joining Tufts University, Dr. Lee worked as the program director for the Advanced Prosthodontics Program at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Lee has conducted many research projects in various aspects of prosthodontics and has published numerous manuscripts in peer-reviewed prosthodontics journals in the areas of dental implants, CAD/CAM digital dentistry, dental lasers, and retrospective outcome studies. He also services as a reviewer for major prosthodontics journals, as well as a site visitor for Commission of Dental Accreditation, reviewing advanced education in prosthodontics programs. He has also served as an officer for various dental organizations, such as American College of Prosthodontists, American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and American Dental Education Association. 

Dr. Darlene Recker is a board certified anesthesiologist in Chicago, IL. She is currently licensed to practice medicine in Illinois.

Shawn Regan received his BS in movement science from the University of Michigan in 1995 and is an inventor, entrepreneur, and co-founder of the medical device company Rhythmlink International. After 15 years as CEO and two successful exits, he moved into the role of chairman in 2023.

Rhythmlink is a company with more than 450 employees that designs, manufactures, and distributes medical devices that help monitor the brain and the nervous system. They help identify and prevent serious neurologic conditions such as paralysis, seizures, and strokes. Rhythmlink's products are commonly used in operating rooms, intensive care units, and other neurological clinical settings in hospitals and clinics. With facilities on three continents and more than 50 U.S. and international patents, the company is recognized as a leader in its field by providing the important physical connection between patients and the diagnostic equipment to record or elicit neurophysiologic biopotentials. Rhythmlink has been named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for 15 years in a row and listed nine times by Inc. 5000 magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.

Regan was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 influential leaders in the medtech industry by Medical Device and Diagnostic Industry, named one of the 50 Most Influential People in Columbia Business Monthly, appointed by the governor to the South Carolina Council of Innovation Initiatives, and served on the SCBIO and University of Michigan Kinesiology Alumni Board for more than 10 years each. In 2010, he received the Early Career Achievement Award from the School of Kinesiology.

He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, Regan, and identical twin daughters, Everett and Laurel.

Scott Schrimscher earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan, where he played football for the Wolverines. After graduating, he began his career with EXOS, first in Phoenix, then Chicago, and now in Manhattan Beach, CA. Schrimscher is currently the vice president of strategic accounts at EXOS, with more than a decade of experience supporting a broad range of clients including youth athletes, professional athletes, and Olympians, and high performing teams such as the U.S. Navy, Intel, SKLZ, Precor, and Adidas. He also serves on the Alumni Society Board for the U-M School of Kinesiology.

A native of Michigan, Dr. Jayson Terres attended the University of Michigan where he received a bachelor's degree in neurobiology. Following his undergraduate degree, he attended Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, School of Dental and Oral Surgery, in New York City and earned a DDS.

After his dental surgery training, Dr. Terres moved to San Antonio, TX, where he earned his MD at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Following this, he completed an internship in general surgery and then a six-year residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Terres also performs a full spectrum of facial rejuvenation procedures through surgical techniques including endoscopic brow and forehead lifts, eyelid surgery, facelifts, chin augmentation, and liposuction, and also through non-surgical procedures such as Restylane, Botox, chemical peels, and skin care.
