Applied exercise science and movement science clinical associate professor Laura Richardson spoke with the Michigan Minds podcast about how to better keep with the program, including setting low goals, how to navigate the stigma against working out when you're obese, and why tracking steps is a better way of measuring progress than checking the numbers on the scale.
