Stefan Szymanski, professor of Sport Management, was interviewed for the Sportico article "A Year Out, Qatar World Cup Shaping Up to Be Most Costly to Attend." He discussed the rising cost of tickets and lodging for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, saying people who travel to attend the games need to plan on spending several thousand dollars.
