Job Exploration Group

The Kinesiology Career Development Center is launching the Job Exploration Group for the 2022 Winter semester! This 6-week virtual workshop series is intended for Class of 2022 Health Science majors and will be offered to other students if there is room available.

The job exploration group will emphasize individual empowerment and social support while providing resources in order to increase career self-efficacy. Students will be directed through a career development model with four topic areas: self-assessment, career exploration, decision-making, and job search.

There will be one group, led by a career advisor for students in the Health Sciences. The group will meet six times between January 24 and February 28. Each session will have a topic focus with the end goal of making students better-equipped job seekers.

  • Health Sciences Group: Mondays from 11:00am-noon
