Description
This course addresses issues to consider, and approaches to use, in determining: (a) the strategic direction of sport organizations and (b) how such strategic directions can be most effectively implemented and managed. To make these decisions, managers must accurately assess and take into account (1) threats and opportunities in the organization's environment, (2) the organization's strengths and weaknesses, and (3) the values of top management.
