Description

This course is designed to provide students with knowledge and experience with statistics and the scientific method. Frequency distributions, descriptive statistics for summarizing measures of central tendency and variability, measures of association, variance, statistics for testing hypotheses, and statistics used to evaluate validity and reliability will be emphasized. Students will participate in several lab projects requiring the use of statistics.
