Registration for Spring/Summer 2012 classes is now open!

New Spring Semester Class Added

Capoeira (Course #410219-01) will meet on Fridays from 4-5:30 pm in 3060 CCRB for the entire spring semester.

Thursday's Ashtanga (410207-01) and Yin (410228-01) yoga classes have been combined. The class will now meet from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm and there is no additional charge for the additional 15 minutes. The first half of the class focuses on Ashtanga; the second half on Yin.

Online Registration

Online registration is the easiest way to register. You will need to set up an account if it's your first time. Or you can come into our office to register.

Yoga Mats

Mats are available for use in yoga classes, however for sanitary reasons, it's highly recommended that you bring your own. Mats can be purchased in the U-Move Fitness office and you'll receive a $3 discount when you purchase one with your class.

Spring/Summer Specials!

UM Students: Register for two or more U-Move Fitness classes and receive a 3rd free U-Move Fitness class in the same semester. Faculty/staff: Register for three classes and get a 4th one free in the same semester. You can now register for your paid classes online and either come into the U-Move office or call to register for your free class. The free class MUST be of equal or lesser value of other classes. These Spring classes do not qualify for discounts:Yoga Intensive Training, Rock Climbing and Kettlebell (section 04). See policies for more information.

Do I Need a Limited User Pass?

If you are NOT a currently enrolled UM student (taking academic classes) or have a Rec Sports membership, you do not have building access and will need to purchase a Limited User Pass. This allows building access for your class(es) only. It is $8/semester (spring and summer) and must be purchased in the U‐Move office or over the phone after you have registered for your class(es).

Ever Wish You Could Attend All Classes?

Purchase a Semester Pass and you can! The Semester Pass can be used for any class (except Ballroom, Beginning Swim 1 & 2, Intermediate Swim, Rock Climbing, Tennis or Golf) for the length of the semester. Spring and Summer Semester Passes cost $125 each or $200 for both semesters. These must be purchased in the U-Move Fitness office. Only current academically enrolled UM students and those with Rec Sports memberships may purchase a Semester Pass. Note: Some classes are progressive and if you do not attend them on a regular basis, the instructor may not allow you to attend for safety reasons.
