By signing up for the Kinesiology Peer Mentor Program, I understand that I will be assigned a mentor. This mentor will contact me regularly throughout the first semester. Should I decide that I no longer want to participate in the program, I will let my mentor know. I will take advantage of this opportunity and return phone calls and emails from my mentor, as well as participate in program events.
