Below you'll find a short-answer questionnaire that the Kinesiology Academic Advisors hope will help you to better identify your academic interests and concerns as you prepare to start college. If possible, we'd like to receive your completed questionnaire at least one week prior to your orientation. You must complete this questionnaire before you will be allowed to register.
