Application Checklists

In addition to the electronic application submitted online, please make sure the following materials are received by Rackham and the School of Kinesiology by January 15, 2010 (Ph.D. applications) and March 1, 2010 (Masters applications):

Step 1: To Rackham

Electronic application. Includes:
(1) two written statements;
(2) CV;
(3) copies of transcripts from degree-granting institutions; and
(4) recommendation letters.
Official transcripts from degree-granting colleges/universities attended.
Official GRE Scores. ETS code 1839
TOEFL. Test of English as a Foreign Language (if applicable)

Step 2: To the School of Kinesiology

Three (3) Letters of Recommendation from academic sources. These can be submitted as part of the electronic application process mentioned above, or hard copies can be sent to Kinesiology at the address below.
