Construction
• All major mechanicals and electrical are complete.
• Slate roof complete.
• Window installation 90% complete.
• Structural steel work in the classroom wings is complete.
• The stud walls and drywall are 90% complete.
• The new stairs are complete.
• The new elevator shafts are complete.
Interior Design
• Classrooms, Seminar Rooms, and Student Center layouts finalized.
• Office room layouts are 90% complete.
• Classrooms, Student Center, and Seminar Room furniture has been finalized.
• Classroom, Student Center, and Seminar Room furniture finishes have been finalized.

FAQ’s
1. What is the address to Observatory Lodge?
1402 Washington Heights
Ann Arbor, MI 48109-2013
2. Will we be able to keep our phone numbers?
Our phone numbers will not be changing. We will transfer each person’s phone line to their new office during the weekend or week of their move.
3. Where are the kitchens located?
There will be two fully equipped kitchens in the building. The kitchens are located on the second and fourth floor. The fourth floor kitchen will be equipped with a table and six chairs.
4. Where will the copy machines be located?
There will be four copy machines in the building. Office of Student Services will have a dedicated copy machine in room 1128. The students will have a student copy machine in room 1150. Faculty and staff will have shared copy machines in rooms 2131 and 4139. The shared copy machines will have the fax, scan, copy, and print functions like the current copy machine in room 3040.
5. Where will the network printers be located?
There will be at least two network printers on each floor. In addition to the network printers remember that we will also be able to print large projects from our desktops to the copy machines located on the 2nd and 4th floor.
6. What will happen to our campus and standard mail?
Occupants of Observatory Lodge will begin receiving their mail in room 2131 OBL. Mail services will forward the mail from the CCRB to OBL when notified of the move. Occupants of Central Campus Recreation Building will still receive their mail in the CCRB.
7. What will happen to our large packages from UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx?
Packages addressed to Observatory Lodge will be delivered to room 2139 (Faculty Support Office). Packages addressed to the CCRB will be delivered to the Faculty Support Office within the CCRB.
